Over a professional career of more than 25 years, I have worked across the many disciplines of gastronomy: luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, product development and gastronomy consultancy, in Türkiye and abroad, on many prestigious projects.

Today, with Azure Private Dining, I bring together private chef services and kitchen consultancy — offering bespoke gastronomy experiences and sustainable kitchen solutions. Whether at a villa table for two or in the kitchen of a hotel being reborn, the principle never changes: good food, good people, good memories.
